"Courtney was a pleasure to work with and had a knack for taking my vague and directionless ideas and creating a cohesive design that met every expectation. She puts a lot of thought into your space and provides a multitude of ideas, her patience with my busy schedule and her work finding materials was especially appreciated.  I am so happy with the final product and will use Houseman Design in the future!"

Ashburton Project

This family of eight needed help creating a multifunctional space to include their existing sofa, drapery, children's play table, bookshelves and fish tank. We designed an inviting living room appropriate for adults and kids alike.

"It was a real pleasure working with Courtney. She was so knowledgeable and down to earth! I was having trouble putting my living room together, and she was able to point out what was working and what needed to change. She respected what I was trying to accomplish in the space and listened to my feedback. From the mood boards, room layout, and furniture selection she saved me the headache of figuring it all out by myself!"
